Bougie Bosses Dance Company, founded on June 1, 2023, is our competition team. Represented by the team colors royal blue, white, silver, and black, which symbolize strength, elegance, excellence, and resilience, Bougie Bosses is more than just a dance team; it is a community dedicated to excellence and personal growth. The mission of Bougie Bosses transcends teaching technique—it is about building confidence, discipline, unity, and a sense of sisterhood among our dancers.
